The Mat is a registered educational tool that was developed by psychiatrist Tom Kuipers and the psychologists/communication trainers Bas van Raaij and Yvonne Willems.
In 2006 we were invited to a congress in Sweden at the Sahlgrenska University. Since then, we trained several professionals to become a self supporting trainer.
Wider distribution to the methodology from 2007 we derive trainers who train at their own institution can provide.
In 2011 we will start a training program for coaches that 1-on-1 with the Mat to work.
